Survivors Working Together As One Against Human Trafficking #Fauzia Wanjiru

”Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed people can change the world. Indeed. It is the only thing that ever has.” – Margaret Mead

Fauzia Wanjiru  Footprint to Freedom Kenya Survivor Regional  Coordinator joined Azadi Kenya

to raise awareness about human trafficking during the USAWA festival in Nairobi Kenya.
Our mission is to break the cycle of human trafficking by creating opportunities for survivors to thrive and promote survivor engagement, survivor leadership to take a lead in the fight against human trafficking, and empowerment to self-sufficiency. However, this can only be achieved through working in collaboration and creating synergies with other anti-trafficking organizations.

We believe trafficking cannot be solved by one organization or system alone and we also recognize that only when we work together, we unlock our collective potential that creates solutions to break the cycle of human trafficking.
