At the Footprint Kids Clubwhich takes place in various schools in Busoga region of Uganda, we not only engage students in raising awareness about human trafficking but also train their teachers to ensure a safe and informed learning environment.
We establish talking compounds in schools, which serve as visual tools to reinforce important messages on anti-trafficking, empowerment, and child rights.
Additionally, we select and train student ambassadors, equipping them with leadership skills to champion these causes and mentor their peers, creating a ripple effect of awareness and advocacy throughout the school communities.
